Basic Inclusions:

Optional Activities Include:

  1. The Apatani Village Walk, 26th & 27th 10 AM: Ethnic lunch at a local’s household.
  2. Tau Tiibi Organic Farm Hike: 28th 10 AM: Packed lunch and transfers from Camp Kite Manja to Siiro village by local sharing vehicle.

Exclusions:

  1. Protected Area Permits required for NRI and foreign nationals.
  2. No local transfers other than those mentioned.
  3. Any optional services.
  4.  Any emergency backup or insurance.
  5.  Anything not specifically mentioned in the above 'Includes' segment.

Terms and Conditions:

Conditions: (Please read carefully)

  1. We only confirm the services with 100% advance payment.
  2. The organizers reserve the right to withdraw all the services without any refund at any time if you violate the campsite decorum.
  3. Festival Pass inclusive package rates will change if the Festival Pass’s rate increases in the future.
  4. Festival Pass is non-transferable. In any case you won’t be able to come and want to sell your Festival Pass, you have to deal with the festival organizers by yourself via email.
  5. Package costs may increase once the slots get filled and limited to only a few.
  6. Any damage to the provided materials in the campsite is subject to full payment of the product MRP with an additional 20% for every item as buying arrangements.
  7. The organisers reserve the right to change the cost/property/destination/itinerary/campsite location/anything related to this tour or even cancel if they find its best for all due to any man-made, political, natural calamities.
  8. Organisers are not responsible for any form of loss or damage or extra expenses due to natural or man made causes which are beyond their control.
  9. In case of vehicle break-down, guests have to bear the waiting time till the existing vehicle is repaired or the next vehicle is arranged.  The organizers disclaim the responsibility of loss or damage of any form during that waiting period.
  10. The package costs are calculated in accordance with the present existing costs of ground services such as transport, permits, infrastructure etc. Any increase in the cost of ground services during the festival period will lead to an increase in the package cost.
  11. Always maintain a good relationship with drivers/guides. Disputes due to any personal nature won't be entertained.
  12. Cancellation policy: Once booked it is subject to 30% cancellation charges. Further, cancellation charges are- 60 days before 70%, 59-30 days before 90%, 29 days onward or not show on the departure date 100% cancellation fees.
  13. Disputes if any under Sivasagar jurisdictions only.
