Exclusions:

Airfare, train fare, or any other transportation within Ziro is not included.
Festival Pass is not included unless you have specifically booked a package that includes the Festival Pass.
Protected Area Permit (PAP) for foreign nationals, wherever applicable, must be obtained by the guest at their own expense.
Local transportation or transfers other than those specifically mentioned in the inclusions are not covered.
Optional activities, sightseeing, or services not mentioned under the inclusions are excluded.
Travel insurance, medical insurance, emergency evacuation, and any backup arrangements are not included.
Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, beverages, snacks (unless included), tips, phone calls, and other incidental expenses are not covered.
Additional accommodation, meals, or transportation expenses arising due to bad weather, roadblocks, strikes, flight or transport delays, natural calamities, or any unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
Any item or service not specifically mentioned under the Inclusions section is excluded from the package.

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment.
Campsite allocation is subject to availability and will be confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identity card at the time of check-in.
Only guests registered with Camp BACT Abode are permitted inside the campsite.
Any additional guest or visitor must receive prior approval from Camp BACT Abode. Unauthorized visitors may be denied entry.
Guests are expected to respect local customs, traditions, fellow campers, staff, and the natural environment at all times.
Guests must comply with all campsite rules, safety guidelines, and instructions issued by Camp BACT Abode staff.
Camp BACT Abode reserves the right to withdraw services and evict any guest without refund if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive to other guests or staff.
Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of all camp property, including tents, mattresses, pillows, furniture, and other equipment.
Any loss or damage to camp property shall be charged at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the item, along with an additional 10% procurement and handling charge.
Camp BACT Abode shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure.
Camp BACT Abode reserves the right to modify or cancel any booking, campsite location, itinerary, package, services, inclusions, or package price if required due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond its control.
Camp BACT Abode shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses arising from natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, road closures, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, accidents, or any other force majeure event.
In the event of a vehicle breakdown during an arranged trip, guests may be required to wait until repairs are completed or an alternative vehicle is arranged. Camp BACT Abode shall not be liable for any inconvenience, delay, or consequential loss during this period.
Package prices are based on prevailing costs of accommodation, transportation, permits, taxes, and related services. Any increase in these costs due to government regulations, supplier revisions, or unforeseen circumstances may result in a corresponding increase in the package price.
Bookings are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by Camp BACT Abode.
Guests are expected to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during their stay
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
More than 45 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% refund of the booking amount.
Between 30 and 45 days before the scheduled arrival date: 10% refund of the booking amount.
Less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, no-show, or early departure: No refund.
Applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, or transaction fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Camp BACT Abode reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
By making a booking and completing payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
