Karan Kanchan is one of contemporary India’s most versatile producers and composers, moving effortlessly between hip-hop, electronic music, pop and film. With over a billion streams across his work, he has collaborated with artists including DIVINE, Pusha T, Russ, Pritam and Vishal-Shekhar. A key figure in India’s bass-music scene, Karan co-founded NECKWRECK before launching ODD FORBID, an electronic music label and collective championing homegrown sounds. His 2026 album GLOBAL WARNING brings together voices from across India’s hip-hop and electronic worlds, including Raga, Ikka, Gravity and Mahesh Kale.
