Parikrama is a New Delhi rock band whose music has helped define India’s independent rock landscape since 1991. Built around classic rock and hard rock, their sound is distinguished by the use of violin, tabla, sitar and other Indian instruments alongside guitars, bass, drums and keyboards. Over more than three decades, the band has played thousands of shows in India and abroad, including the Download Festival in the UK and the Kennedy Center in Washington, and toured with Iron Maiden.
