GYMV are a four-piece indie-pop band from Bangkok, Thailand, bringing tropical melodies, electronic energy, rock distortion and a playful disregard for perfection to a new chapter of Thai independent music. Formerly known as Gym and Swim, the band features Lemmy on vocals, Pong on guitar and synth, Mudmee on drums and Hobb on bass. After touring across Asia, they’ve returned with a sound that feels older, stranger, louder and freer. Their music keeps the infectious pop instincts of their earlier work while embracing more electronic textures, distortion and experimentation.
